I am standing in front of a bathroom mirror, watching a growth slowly appear/grow/emerge from my septum (the area between the bottom of the nose and the top of the lips) No pain, no anxiety, a relative calmness and curiosity. The skin gently parts/doesn't tear and what emerges -to my delight - is a laquered red chinese chopstick with the black design of a dragon.
